Pineapple Tour
A morning walk through the working fields with the people who grow them. Tastings, a little history, fresh juice at the end.
Reservations are confirmed by WhatsApp, but a quick email or a written question reaches us just as well. We answer ourselves, in English or Spanish, usually within a few hours.
Tours we organize ourselves with trusted local guides. Once your cabin is booked, just ask. We'll walk you through options and details.

A guided walk through nearby forest paths, ending with a tasting of artisan cacao made by local hands.
Down the Río Celeste on a slow, glassy ride. Cool water, the canopy overhead, an hour and a half of quiet.
We're three kilometres south of Liceo Katira in Guatuso, Alajuela — northern Costa Rica, at the base of Tenorio Volcano.
Driving time: 3.5 hours from San José International (SJO), 1h 15 from La Fortuna, 35 minutes from Tenorio National Park, 30 minutes from the Río Celeste trailhead.
Each cabin is $350 per night for up to six guests, or $300 per night when there are fewer than four people. Stays of three nights or more get $50 off each additional night.
Included: the full cabin (kitchen, jacuzzi, parking, Wi-Fi, smart TV, air conditioning), towels, and our welcome. Optional, for a small extra: a typical Costa Rican breakfast — gallo pinto, fresh fruit, coffee.
Reach us on WhatsApp with your dates and number of guests — we'll confirm availability and send payment details. A 50% deposit by bank transfer or deposit holds the cabin; the balance is due on arrival.
The deposit isn't refundable, but if you prepay in full and need to cancel, we refund half. Long story short: we keep things simple, and we don't oversell.
From the property: a pineapple-farm tour, quiet walking trails, river spots. Within 30–40 minutes: Río Celeste falls, Tenorio National Park, tubing on the Celeste, and canopy zip-lines. Restaurants, sodas, and small markets in Katira and Guatuso.
Check-in is from 2:00 pm and check-out by 11:00 am. The cabins use keypad codes, so arrival is contactless — we'll send your code in advance. Earlier or later times are sometimes possible; just ask when you book.
Both. Each cabin sleeps up to six and has two bedrooms — works as a family of four or five, a small group of friends, or a couple looking for a quiet weekend. We don't host events or large parties; this is a place for sleeping well.
Yes — fluently. English and Spanish. Write in whichever you prefer.
No forms to fill, no booking engine to argue with. Tell us your dates, we'll hold the cabin, and you'll be on your way.
